We are neither ready nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer conciliation body.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT
As a service provider, we are responsible, in accordance with § 7 paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), for our own contents on these pages according to general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored external information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this provision. Liability in this regard is, however, only possible from the moment a concrete violation of the law becomes known.
